PT TOMORROW: NL West—LA's pitching depth already being tested

Los Angeles Dodgers

For the starting rotation, 2017 is starting to feel a little like 2016, injury-wise. Scott Kazmir (LHP, LA) is currently shelved by what is being called hip tightness, with his availability for Opening Day very much in question. Hyun-Jin Ryu (LHP, LA) continues to progress set-back free, but is also being brought along slowly so as to avoid any reoccurrence of his shoulder issue. Meanwhile, promising up-and-comer Brock Stewart (RHP, LA) is experiencing shoulder soreness and will be shut down for at least a week. So with Clayton Kershaw (LHP, LA), Rich Hill (LHP, LA) and Kenta Maeda (RHP, LA) locked into the top three spots, what will the backend of the rotation look like come Opening Day?

Brandon McCarthy (RHP, LA)...
