PT TOMORROW: NL West—Pollock on the mend

Arizona Diamondbacks

Originally thought to be out for the season after fracturing his right elbow on April 2, A.J. Pollock's (OF, ARI) rehab is progressing "ridiculously good," per manager Chip Hale. Pollock has resumed baseball activities, as he's fielding fly balls, throwing, and hitting off a tee, and he looks to be on track for a late-season cameo. Arizona is well out of the race and has little reason to rush him back, but all indications are that Pollock will play if healthy. Fantasy owners could certainly benefit from a month or so of production from Pollock, who broke out to the tune of a .315 BA with 20 HR and 39 SB last season; a performance that was backed by equally impressive skills (.299 xBA, 111 PX, 143 RSpd).

A Pollock...
