The Reds are four games back of the New York Mets for the final Wild Card spot. Their remaining schedule includes head-to-head match ups with all of the teams currently ahead of them in the Wild Card standings, including three games against the Mets, three games against the San Diego Padres, and four games against the Chicago Cubs.
New manager Terry Francona has fans believing they can make the postseason, and those fans are are clamoring for Sal Stewart to be promoted when rosters expand on Monday.
