Injury: Torn anterior cruciate ligament, left knee
DL date: August 15
Estimated DL time: Out for the 2013 season. There is a chance he won’t be ready for the start of the 2014 campaign.
John Lannan (LHP, PHI)
Injury: Tendinitis – left knee
DL date: August 15
Estimated DL time: He’ll probably need more than 15 days to bounce back, putting his return into the first week of September.
Tony Cruz (C, STL)
Injury: Stress fracture – left forearm
DL date: August 16
Estimated DL time: It depends how quickly the fracture heals. He played a month with it, showing a high level of pain tolerance. Probably won’t return until the rosters expand.
Jeremy Hefner (RHP, NYN)
Injury: Partially torn medial collateral...
