Brent and Ray's 2026 Opening Day diary

As per tradition (nine years running now!), Brent and I resolved to get our eyes on all of the Opening Day action. Of course, Opening Day was really Wednesday night for the Yankees and Giants; and a few other teams don't open til Friday. That left 22 teams playing their first game on Thursday. Intrepid reporters that we are, we watched all of them. We just kept an open chat channel where we shared our observations while we channel/window-surfed through Thursday's slate of games, and we're sharing that “conversation” with you.
