GM's OFFICE: 2019 FSTA Draft

Dear Ray,

Thanks for your preview letter on Tuesday. It was a good read, and provided a solid roadmap for attacking the first industry league of the year, the FSTA Experts Draft. (The online grid of the still-in-progress draft can be found here.)

This draft is always a two-sided coin: For one, it's exciting to live-draft with friends, writers, analysts from around the industry in a league that will play out and holds big-time bragging rights. As the football playoffs are still going on, this gets all of our juices turned back to baseball (pitchers and catchers just weeks away).

On the other hand, sometimes it's too early for its own good. Given the glacial pace of the free-agent market this winter, there are many questions still...
