GM's OFFICE: Getting my draft process un-stuck, Part 2

Earlier this week, I started detailing how I got my draft process un-stuck in late February and early March, following a rocky start to my draft season. I had two more completed drafts in my March portfolio. Let's recap them:
 

LABR-Mixed auction

I ceded my spot in the long-standing LABR Mixed Draft to Ryan Bloomfield last year (see his review of this year's draft). But as part of launching First Pitch Florida and bringing the LABR Auctions to that event, we added a live Mixed Auction as the third draft of the FPFLA/LABR weekend. Longtime LABR organizer and commish Steve Gardner wanted to deputize someone to facilitate this new league.
