This Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB) is of utmost importance in terms of improving your team during the season. Unlike dealing with another team (not to mention a personality) in trade talks, FAAB management is the something you can exert control over. Thus, picking up the right in-season reinforcements has been understood as a pivotal key to success.
