With the season winding into its final weeks, readers have undoubtedly noticed that the content around here has taken on a distinctive looking-to-2016 feel to it. Some readers have noted that it seems strange to shift into 2016 mode right when 2015 pennants are on the line. But the truth is, there's not much more that we can do here to help you down the stretch: We're still keeping on top of the late-season news in Playing Time Today, and we are still running Daily Matchups columns to help with pitching decisions. But we're long past the point in the season where player projections can provide any value, or where a Fact/Fluke analysis can identify a forthcoming shift in player performance.
