It's the breakouts that matter.
Nailing your early-round picks or hitting a late dart are always good, but it's those middle-round picks that return Top-50 seasons that can really translate to league titles.
Last year, George Springer was one of those guys. Springer was going outside the Top-200 this time last draft season, and he turned back the clock with a .309 BA, 32 HR, and 18 SB season that ended up on many championship rosters.
