SPECULATOR: "Sell low" candidates

Taking the flip side of the coin to last week's exercise, this week we look to identify "sell low" candidates. These are players who have faired poorly to date in 2013, and worse yet, have given us reason for pessimism about any rebound chances over the balance of the season. As such, if someone in your league is amenable to buying at some degree of a discount, we would suggest welcoming those offers and getting what you can for these guys. (Note that the degree of discount in value that is acceptable will vary significantly across the players covered here).
