The 24-year-old has been summoned to the majors and he is expected to get lots of playing time, particularly as the lefty as part of a 1B platoon. Vogelbach made his big league debut late in 2016 and he could be up for the long-term. The thick and sturdy left-handed hitter owns a professional approach and plate discipline that allows him to see pitches and find ones to drive. Combine that with his above average power to all fields and he’s a solid offensive contributor. Vogelbach set a career-high in HR in 2016 and makes decent contact for a big slugger. Because...
