Corbin Burnes (RHP, MIL)
An under-the-radar, fourth-round signing out of St. Mary’s in 2014, Burnes has moved fast for a non-blue-chip starter, dominating each level he’s appeared at with both velocity and pitchability. Based on just raw movement and velocity measurements, none of Burnes’ three pitches grade as true plus, but his solidly plus control of three 55-grade pitches makes them all play near or at plus. His fastball can touch high-90s, but he gets real sinking life on the pitch in the low-90s velocity band, leading to a career of +50% GB rates, while holding mid-90s late into games....

Almost!
