Leaving one team that needed no replacement first baseman and then going to another team that also wasn't replacing their 1B any time soon, Christian Walker's move from Baltimore to Arizona did him no favors. Now he has been called up to his new team, but this is his third call-up since 2014. The now 26-year-old had only 31 plate appearances in 2014 and 2015 with Baltimore, spent all of 2016 repeating Triple-A, and then spent this year playing in the Pacific Coast League's Reno franchise.
