Brooks caught on with his fifth major league organization in the offseason when he signed with the Padres. For the second straight year he gets all the way to the major leagues. Last year's stat line for the Giants was a forgettable .120/.241/.120 in just 29 PA. A 5'11" left-handed batter, Brooks now gets the chance to play for his hometown team...
