Generally, an undrafted, undersized reliever averaging 91 mph with a four-seamer is an afterthought in terms of major league projection. Such is not the case with Harris. While he is a scant 6'0" and 186 pounds and sits just south of 92 mph with his fastball, there are a couple of things that Harris does with his fastball which are elite....
