Comments: Breakout starter who dominated three levels despite youth and inexperience. All about Ks and groundballs with plus raw stuff and loose, electric arm. Has a delivery conducive to keeping ball down despite his lack of height, and peppers zone with plus 91-97 mph fastball and hard slider. Changes speeds well for age.
