Going into Tuesday’s Double-A matchup between the Montgomery Biscuits (Rays) and the Chattanooga Lookouts (Reds), my angle for this week’s article was to examine the difficulty of identifying sleeper prospects toeing the line between future fantasy producer and up/down MLB roster fodder.
