Clearing out the 2024 Scouting Notebook

Last week, I started the process of emptying my scouting notebook as we conclude 2024 minor league coverage at BaseballHQ. I profiled four prospects with a few paragraphs profiling what I thought of each prospect. Today’s scouting notebook dump is for the deep divers, the managers who have robust minor league systems in their dynasty or keeper leagues.
