Gavin Cross & Frank Mozzicato

The Kansas City Royals have two of their last three first round selections playing in the Midwest League. Both Gavin Cross and Frank Mozzicato haven't fared as well as the team would like at the High-A level, but both have also shown why they were first round selections. Having talent and succeeding at the pro level are two very different things, and right now both picks are still waiting for the latter to arrive against High-A competition.
