Payton Tolle (LHP, Boston Red Sox) – Brandon Clarke has stolen the headlines for pitchers in the Red Sox farm system, which has overshadowed several arms, including their 2nd round pick, Tolle, out of TCU last year. Tolle, whose overall line at High-A hasn’t been tremendous (4.56 ERA, 1.268 WHIP), has collected a ton of whiffs, striking out 15.2 hitters per nine innings in 23.2 innings.
