A roller coaster start for Carrasco ... Coming off a career year and his first 200-IP season, Carlos Carrasco (RHP, CLE) was counted on as a fantasy rotation anchor, if not a low-end ace. The 31-year-old has dominated at times, but he's also been thumped in several starts on his way to a very average 4.23 ERA. What's going on?
