FACTS/ FLUKES: Harper, Locke, Reynolds, Gregorius, Hendricks

'Bust' a new label for Harper ... Coming off an injury-shortened 2013, this was supposed to be the season that Bryce Harper (OF, WAS) took the next step, fulfilling his promise as one of the game's elite. Instead, Harper missed all of May and most of June, and since returning is struggling to stay relevant.
