Why is Strasburg underachieving? ... Stephen Strasburg (RHP, WAS) was among the top NL arms in drafts/auctions this spring. But the results so far have been underwhelming: A .500 record and and a higher WHIP (1.29) than we're used to seeing. While not disastrous for fantasy owners, it sure isn't what they thought they were getting.
