Butler showing signs of life…In recent years, Billy Butler (DH/1B, KC) was able to leave his glove at home; he’s primarily been a DH since 2011. But injuries have pressed Butler into service at first base. After being called out over a slow start by manager Ned Yost in late July, Butler has picked up the pace.
