Carrasco delivering on 2H gains ... Few, if any, pitchers in 2014 saw the same year-over-year improvement as Carlos Carrasco (RHP, CLE). After spending 2013 bouncing between Triple-A and the majors, Carrasco's second half was ace-caliber. The turnaround was so dramatic, in fact, that it seemed logical there would be at least some regression.
