FACTS/FLUKES: H. Ramirez, McHugh, B. Butler, Bauer, Avila

Ramirez looks to recover production … Last winter, the Red Sox signed Hanley Ramírez (OF, BOS) to a four-year, $88 million contract, and stuck him in left field. Ramirez stormed out of the gate (10 April home runs), but an unfortunate encounter with the Green Monster left his shoulder in a bad way, and he struggled the rest of the year. For his own protection (and for improved defense), Ramirez will open 2016 at 1B. Will the move help his production?
