Hamels consistently good…For the past decade Cole Hamels (LHP,TEX) has been one of the best and most consistent starting pitchers in baseball, posting ten consecutive seasons of BPV over 100 and six straight with 200+ IP/ 190+ K/ sub-3.50 xERA.  Acquired by the Texas Rangers at the 2015 trade deadline, the 32-year-old Hamels begins 2016 with a different club and in a different league for the first time in his career.  Will any of this affect his outlook for the upcoming season?
