Latos elite no matter the ballpark …Mat Latos (RHP, CIN) could have been the poster-boy for park effects. With two stellar seasons in pitcher-friendly San Diego, Latos was traded to homeriffic Cincinnati before the 2012 season. But as we sometimes forget, elite skills don’t care about a park’s dimensions.
