Polanco muscles up ... Gregory Polanco (OF, PIT) was a solid speed source the past two seasons, and in the second half of 2015, showed signs that he could provide more power. He has taken a huge step up in that area this season, but at the same time, has really slowed down on the bases. So what does the overall picture look like?
