Is this the year for Strasburg?... It was mostly more of the same for Stephen Strasburg (RHP, WAS) in 2018, as he compiled a lot of strikeouts when on the mound, but with his usual missed time mixed in. But while the underlying stats were pretty similar, his ERA rose more than a full run from 2017. So where should we set expectations for 2019?
