Don’t bail on Verlander…That mass hysteria that hit Detroit last spring wasn’t due to woes in the auto industry; rather, it occurred when Justin Verlander (RHP, DET) posted a 6.41 ERA in five May starts. With reports of diminished velocity and off-season abdominal surgery, some are worried that Verlander may be about to go into a tail spin.
