F/F SPOTLIGHT: Phil Hughes

Once a top prospect, Phil Hughes (RHP, MIN) has spent most of his career torturing his fantasy owners, who have waited years for him to finally fulfill that prospect pedigree. In 2014, Hughes is on a new team but many fantasy owners have him on their "avoid" list  for past transgressions. So far, Hughes (5-1, 3.23 ERA, 1.19 WHIP) finally seems to be breaking out.
