Shane Baz (RHP, TAM) had better stats (3.06 ERA, 1.06 WHIP) than skills (75 BPV) on his road back in 2024 from 2023 elbow surgery. Still, Baz's command underpinnings were strong, and he looked like a budding upper-rotation arm before going under the knife. A low 8% K-BB% against LHers in 2024 kept him inconsistent.
