With spring training games around the corner, let's take a closer look at some starting pitchers that are worth following in the spring due to the strong skills they flashed in the recent past.
AMERICAN LEAGUE
Shane Baz (RHP, BAL) seems to be an intriguing pitcher at this time every season. His in-season inconsistency has prevented him from reaching his ceiling. He gets a fresh start with the Orioles.
