Having $20+ anchors on your staff can make the difference between owning a good starting rotation and a great one.
Problem is, most of us cannot afford to stockpile our starting staffs with elite hurlers.
A more effective strategy is to maximize the profit potential in our starting rotation without carrying too much risk. This can be done by investing in the young $10-15 guys who could develop into elite starting pitchers.
Doing this can be risky, since young SP are prone to volatility. But our focus on skills allows you to mitigate this risk.
