George Kirby (RHP, SEA) was the second-most skilled starting pitcher in the AL during August: 28% K%, 3% BB%, 26% K-BB%, 47% GB%, 188 BPV. His ability to pump the strike zone, get groundballs, and dominate lefty bats (25% K-BB% vL) all make him one of the best young starters in the game.
