STARTERS: Very early Statcast changes, 2020

Statcast metrics can help to explain whether a pitcher's early stats and skills are legitimate.

This offseason, we looked at the correlation between several Statcast metrics and the stats and skills posted by SP:

• Average exit velocity and ERA, HR/9
• Integrating barrel rate
• Integrating 95+ mph exit velocity rate

Let's take a closer look at some noteworthy Statcast surgers from 2019 to 2020.
 

AMERICAN LEAGUE
