CHASING THE 2014 NFBC: Crawling back into the race

When we last left our NFBC Main Event entry in mid-May, the team was coming off an entire first month and a half in last or one spot out of last place in its league.  A quarter of the season in the books and our season was on the verge of being, for all intents of purposes, over.  Desperate measures were considered in a desperate attempt to get back in the race.  Punting categories.  Burning all our FAAB on whatever upside players became available. Blowing up our team altogether.  Petitioning the NFBC to consider the first month and a half practice and starting over.  All considered, none realistic (though I did petition the NFBC on that last option).

Instead, we took a good long look at our team and still liked what we saw.  Outside of...
