NEWS: The Dodgers acquired LHP Tarik Skubal from the Tigers in exchange for prospects RHP River Ryan, OF Zyhir Hope and RHP Brady Smith.

BHQ SPIN: Skubal, who will be a free agent at the end of the season, joins an already very strong rotation for the World Series-favorite Dodgers. It is unclear exactly how the starting rotation will shake out with the addition of Skubal, the expected return of LHP Blake Snell following one additional rehab start at Triple-A Oklahoma City, and the continued absence of RHP Shohei Ohtani from the rotation with a couple of minor injuries. If the Dodgers stick with a six-man rotation it will likely include Skubal, RHP Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Snell, RHP Roki Sasaki...
