NEWS: Texas activated RHP Nathan Eovaldi and OF/DH Wyatt Langford from the IL, placing OF Evan Carter on the 10-day IL with lower back tightness and optioning RHP Yerry Rodríguez.

BHQ SPIN: Opening Day starter Eovaldi returned to bolster the depleted TEX rotation on Tuesday night (5/28) vs. ARI (with a strict pitch count limiting him to 3 IP). Eovaldi’s return only warrants the slightest bump up in his PT, given that we’d already built in some missed time coupled with the amount of season left. Meanwhile, Langford got the starting nod as the DH vs. ARI, with Travis Jankowski manning LF in place of Carter. We’ve restored Langford’s near-full-time PT, and docked 10% for now from Carter,...
