NEWS: Red Sox RHP Lucas Giolito may miss the entire 2024 season due to an elbow injury.

BHQ SPIN: According to ESPN’s Jeff Passan, initial imaging on Giolito’s elbow revealed a partially torn UCL and a flexor strain. Surgery to repair the damage is not a certainty just yet, but it is very much on the table.
