NEWS: Cleveland placed RHP Luis L. Ortiz, who MLB placed on non-disciplinary paid leave, on the Restricted List. Cleveland also recalled LHP Joey Cantillo and LHP Doug Nikhazy from AAA-Columbus and designated LHP Kolby Allard for assignment.
