Jobe completes rehab; returns to Detroit

NEWS: Detroit activates RHP Jackson Jobe from the 60-day IL; RHP Brian Hanifee will be optioned to AAA-Toledo in a corresponding move.
IMPACT: High
BHQ SPIN: Jobe will be returning from UCL surgery and will look to reprise his prospect status and get his career back on track. Jobe had reached as high as #4 on the BHQ Top 100 in 2025. In five rehab outings Jobe shined, throwing 15.1 IP while striking out 17 and posting a 1.76 ERA and 1.17 WHIP. He certainly should have plenty of opportunity since Detroit cleared Tarik Skubal and Casey Mize off of the roster via trade and with Jack Flaherty is still recovering from his own injury.
