NEWS: Philadelphia placed RHP Jhoan Duran on the 15-day IL, retroactive to April 15th, and recalled righty Seth Johnson from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Separately the Phillies called up OF Felix Reyes from Lehigh Valley and optioned Otto Kemp to Lehigh Valley.

BHQ SPIN: Duran is suffering from what has been termed a mild left oblique strain, suggesting his IL stay may not be of long duration. We’ve cut his saves projection to 75% with Orion Kerkering and Brad Keller each projected to get 10% of Philadelphia’s saves, and José Alvarado to get 5%. Johnson pitched for the Phillies a few days ago and yielded three earned runs in 1.1 innings. He’s expected to be used in middle relief....
