NEWS: Cleveland reinstated OF Steven Kwan from the 10-day IL and optioned OF Myles Straw to AAA-Columbus.
IMPACT: High
BHQ SPIN: Kwan made his return to Cleveland’s lineup for the final four games of the season. Angel Martínez, who got the majority of reps in left field during Kwan’s absence, was notably absent from Cleveland’s lineup on Wednesday and will likely be shifted to a bench utility role for the rest of the season. Straw, who was called up as a corresponding move to Kwan’s placement on the IL, will return to the minors after filling a bench role in a week-long stint while Kwan was sidelined.
