NEWS: Colorado activated OF Nolan Jones from the 10-day IL and placed C Elias Díaz on the 10-day IL.

BHQ SPIN: Jones returns after a month and a half on the shelf with back stiffness and then an additional right knee issue during his rehab assignment. Jones didn’t light the world on fire in his rehab assignment, where after his knee issue cleared up, he went 8-33 and hit 1 HR. Jones had an amazing 2023, where he batted .297 and went 20/20, but his first month of 2024 was nowhere close to that where he batted .168 (.196 xBA) with 1 HR and 2 SBs. Jones is in the lineup on 6/14 and went 0-2 with a walk. Díaz is dealing with a calf strain and there is no timetable for his return at this...
