NEWS: The Padres activated OF Jackson Merrill from the IL and optioned C Luis Campusano to Triple-A El Paso in a corresponding move.
IMPACT: High 
BHQ SPIN: Merrill returns after missing 24 games with a strained right hamstring. He was off to a very good start to the season (.378/.415/.676 with 3 HR in 41 PA) prior to the injury and will return to his everyday spot in CF in the middle of the Padres batting order. Campusano (-5% PT) appeared in three games as the Padres DH since being recalled from El Paso, going 0 for 6 with 4 BB in 10 PA. With the Padres starting to get their regulars back from injury, Campusano will likely need to be recalled to replace either C Elias Díaz or C Martín Maldonado (+5%...
