NEWS: Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy announced that RHP Chad Patrick will be in the starting rotation to start 2026.

Patrick was in and out of the starting rotation in 2025 and performed well with a 3.53 ERA (4.10 xERA) and a 17% K-BB%. Coupled with the news that right wrist discomfort could affect RHP Quinn Priester’s Opening Day status and RHP Brandon Woodruff being slow-played into the season, it would seem that there could be a few openings behind RHP Jacob Misiorowski and Patrick.
