BHQ SPIN: Ramírez, who left Saturday’s game in the sixth inning, is expected to undergo surgery for his hamate bone injury which should sideline him through at least through the All-Star break. Gabriel Arias, who has been rehabbing from a hamstring strain, was pulled from AAA-Columbus’ lineup after Ramírez’s injury occurred, a likely indication that he is en route to Cleveland to join the active roster on Sunday.
